Strangely Odd

The morning I found my Husband unresponsive and never waking up again was another worst day of my life. I screamed so loud that morning, I think I woke up all of Dutchess County. 

Everything stopped and went into slow motion from that moment on. I told my Son to call 911. When the NYS Trooper arrived he just happened to be the same Trooper who was at my home for an incident with my son back in 2017 during one of his drug induced episodes! The craziness of that is so eery. All of this! 

Death isn't eery, it's a part of the life cycle. What's eery is all the very strange coincidences. Coincidences that I have no control of but are all very weird rolled into one. 

So this is my life going forward. Very disturbing  finding him that way. A memory that is never going away. Sleep in peace my gentle giant. While I stand alone now, I know you're looking out for me.

MEN LISTEN TO YOUR WIFEY 

Our lives intersect with other beings. That's how we're created.
Sometimes it's a good experience and other times it's a not so good experience.
The crappy ones and the good times become part of our story. 

My story is now that of a Widow. 

A heartbreaking end to a very short life is the best way to describe the loss of my husband. 

It's surreal to me and I feel like I'm upside down now watching my life with everything around me upended. 

The shock of losing him is very disturbing to me. We did our best to work together. Sometimes we didn't. When we hit choppy waters, we both held on to each other unencumbered by outside forces that created strife. 

I will meet you again in my afterlife and we will resume our existence. Until then, I cry without you by my side.

To the moon and back, loving you always Love Wifey 💔

September 11th 2018 Moving Light fixture.

So this really truly happened

Since I was a child I've had the gift of intuition. It may sound creepy or like voodoo to some but it's my truth.

It all started when I was eight years old. We were about to move and before we moved I told my Mom that I saw the way our new house was going to look. I also told her what side of the street my Sister and I would be walking on and I told the color of our school uniforms. Left side, blue and grey. Exactly as it was when we arrived and moved in.

 

Spend Time

It's what we all do.  Spend time.
We either spend time going to a job we love or hate or we spend time in dead end relationships because we're lonely.
Have meaninglessness interactions with people we have to work with  for our livelihood. This also applies to people cohabitiion.
It's no wonder "happy hour " has always been a hit!
It's all about perspective.
Moral of my post, spend your time wisely away from negative situations.
