My Food Reaction Discovery

I've been dealing with digestive issues for years. I'm on a gluten free diet 99% of the time since mid 2016. It has improved my CC issues; self-explanatory on cc😝🚽

I've lost quite a bit of weight. I was diagnosed Hypothyroidism/ Hashimotos in '09. Yet way back in the early '90's my TSH was not above the WHO threshold, but elevated? As the doctor said? Which literally means I've probably been on the cusp of being eurythroid which would explain an awful lot since my late 20's early 30's?

So as of last night I made an amazing discovery. I had 2 teaspoons of canoli cream that was syrupy sweet, eeckk! Afterwards my aches started up so I'm thinking that the glucose has some type of affect on our PDE's which is called
Phosphodiesterase.

I also had about a ¼ cup of Greek yogurt with pureed mango. That didn't seem to aggravate any aches?

Ah huh! And without looking it up I was right! Well I had to look up the correct spelling but I was right.

Under Deconstruction

So, do it yourself or pay someone? That is the question I most often find myself asking...

Trying to find reliable help is like trying to find the perfect life partner.

I guess it's possible? Either scenario but it can be a painstaking task that is all consuming if you let it be.

Which brings me to my next topic, which is finding what we need to make us feel fulfilled.  It's not about how much your home costs, or your car or your net worth.  In the grander scheme of things, these aforementioned items literally mean nada, zilch, a big fat zero!!

Repeat Performance

Seen It Before

After we've seen or heard the same story for the like the millionth time, our brain just enters into the "repeat folder." That's how my brain works anyway.

Sometimes it's the only way people know. They can't give you what they don't have to offer.  My advice is to not beat yourself up because you're dealing with this situation.  You're not alone or unique because it happens to many people in various ways.
Accepting "what is" regarding the dynamics of the relationship will be the only way to find our inner peace.

Just Another Day

So today is the 8th day of March. March is a very significant month for me for many reasons.  My birthday month, my sons' & his biological fathers.  It's amazing how that all happened.

I've always been a believer in numerology and mysticism in the sense that everything in life is a mystery. It's a mystery because we can plan all we want. Things change in life without our permission.  Sometimes its just the way things are supposed to be, unlike what we want them to be.

Enjoy each day like it's your last because we never know. 

Accepting What Is

We as humans will continue to evolve. Not on a neanderthal level but in our life experiences. Acceptance and patience go hand in hand when you dealing with people and life situations.  Relax and know that everything works out. 

No one has an easy journey in life. What is trivia to one person is earth shattering to another.

New Year

New Year New Day

When the countdown begins to the next year and then it happens...the ball drops and it's a New Year!!

We become flooded with emotions than the tears well up in our eyes.  New Year new day. Time to start fresh.  In order to start fresh we need to rewire our brain at times so that we don't repeat the same patterns.  That's the hard part.  Celebrating the new year is one thing. The work begins with us.

Enjoy 2017 to the fullest. Work on being happy, being present in life and be happy.
